We do all the hard work of sourcing modern & trendy items for you so you can decorate your dry-hire venue with ease & create a show-stopping event without the price tag or post-wedding clutter.

Sign contract & pay deposit.
All orders require a £100 refundable damages deposit because these items are our babies. Upon the safe return of the items, your deposit will be returned to you within 7 days.

See your options below & decide which works best for you. You will be responsible for the items as soon as it leaves the WPH HQ.

Enjoy the items & return them back to the HQ.
Hire duration is 5 days including the collection & return date. Please return the items with all its original packaging & send us photos from your event!
We're based in Mitcham, South West London.
Collection from the Wilderness HQ is free of charge.
Orders over £150 qualify for delivery & collection from a member of the WPH team. These delivery charges start from £40. Deliveries on orders under £150 will be required to pay the difference up to £150.

How do I reserve my props?
When should I reserve my props?
Get in touch here. A contract & deposit is required to officially seal the deal. All orders require a refundable damages deposit of £100 deposit. This is returned within 7 days of the safe return of our items. For neon signs, an extra £100 refundable deposit is required.
As soon as possible! Our popular items such as backdrops & neon signs are usually reserved up to a year in advance so don't sit on it for too long.
I can't find a particular item!
Can you help with styling?
It can be overwhelming decorating a blank canvas! We're always on hand to offer suggestions & are happy to recommend our favourite stylists & event planners if you'd like them.
Let us know what you're looking for as we may have some new stock that hasn't made it onto the website yet. We're also always on the look out to add to our modern prop collection so are happy to source items for you too.
Can I come & see the props?
Do you set up on the day?
If you've chosen delivery for your items, we can help you set up the props too for a fee. Please enquire with more details about the items you'd like setting up.
We are currently in temporary storage so the props aren't available for viewing. However, we are happy to take as many pics & videos as you request!
How long do I have the props for?
Are you insured?
Yep! We are covered with public liability insurance.
The hire duration is 5 days including collection & delivery days (e.g. 5th Aug to 9th Aug). However, you can hire the items for longer at 10% of your total package per additional day.
